It definitely hydrates, and soothes my skin especially after exfoliation, but I never use it as moisturizer because I need something more emollient to lock moisture, and it’s not enough if I use this one alone. However, I do really enjoy the combination with gel moisturizer after applying this. I do feel it makes my skin healthier, and plump 🥰
