Very hard to use. Gue pake lush’s shampoo dan itu gampang banget utk dapet a good lather tapi ini ngga sama sekali. Walaupun udh di rub berapa kali, dia tetep ga ngeluarin product apa2. Gue pernah nyoba sampe motek conditioner ini trus gue rub between my hands utk manasin, tp tetep ga kerja. I don’t recommend this at all

It's a solid conditioner! It is actually a solid, condensed form of essential oils. The correct way to use it is to dip it for 5 minutes in hot water, rub it on your hand, then rub your hands on the ends of our hair. It does not have that silky, silicone-y feeling you get from normal conditioners, but don't be fooled into thinking you haven't put enough on your hair. In my experience, putting too much of this conditioner leaves residues that will make your hair tangle-prone. Rubbing a little of the conditioner (from your hand) works like magic & my waist-length hair is smoother & shinier compared to after using regular drug-store conditioner.
