Even though I am a huge fan of benefit, I can fairly say this product does not really do anything at all. It does soothes the skin around the eyes because of the shape of the applicator that leaves eye skin feel refreshened and comfy. It promises an instant result, which I do not see at all (and when I asked one of Benefit SA, this 'instant' promise is what makes this product not being sold openly in counter.
