I was so determined to find my holy grail eyeliner from Covergirl so then I ordered this one after the failure with the Perfect Point Plus one. I read good things about this and expecting it to work better than the Perfect Point Plus. When it arrived the packaging felt cheaper than the Perfect Point Plus, lighter I guess and the smudger tip is not very good quality. I started wearing this and quite happy at first until after 6 hours or so it smudged sooo horribly on me I was traumatized. Never touched it after that. I think I gave it away. But it is very similar to the PPC, the color payoff is great and texture is great....it just...smudges :(
