Color is metallic violet. Got a bit shimmer sparkles that are only visible when applied to skin. Formula is very creamy, buttery even, very easy to apply with bare fingers. Lasting power is very good, I can get a full 10-12 hours and it's not even fading yet by then. Very sheer though, buildable but not to an opaque finish. Careful layering is necessary or you will end up with thick flat silvery metallic color only instead of its beautiful shimmery violet. This little glass pot packs a lot inside, it will probably last a few years before you need to replenish. Easily removed using makeup remover like Maybelline or L'Oreal.
