For those who wants a pure cruelty-free, non-alcohol, and vegan toner. you gotta have this product! for me this is probably my most favorite toner, since no matter how oily my skin is, it is also sensitive. so my skin tend to overreact with harsh products. but this one? love! I really like how it feels on my skin, also it does very gentle exfoliate on skin. you can use it with cotton pads for exfoliate effect. recommended! I'm on my way to my 2nd bottle.
